Bamboo Toilet Paper Details You Can Customize
Compare the visible product details that influence shelf appearance, hand feel, roll structure and packaging decisions before approving the finished product.
White and Natural Unbleached
Newland produces both white bleached bamboo toilet paper and natural unbleached bamboo toilet paper. White rolls offer the familiar appearance expected in many household and retail ranges, while natural unbleached rolls retain the visible bamboo-pulp tone.
The two colors are product options rather than quality grades. When comparing samples, buyers should review color, surface finish and packaging presentation under the same ply and sheet-weight conditions.
Standard and Custom Embossing
The pattern on embossed bamboo toilet paper affects its surface texture, roll appearance and hand feel. The examples shown, from left to right, are Panda, Wave Dot, Two Lines and Straight Dot. Custom patterns are available for suitable private-label projects.
A pattern file does not show the final result by itself. Ply structure, GSM and production pressure can change how clearly the embossing appears, so the selected pattern should be confirmed on a finished roll sample.
Standard Core or Coreless
Newland offers standard-core and coreless bamboo toilet paper. The standard bamboo paper core diameter is 4.0 cm. Coreless winding requirements should be confirmed for the selected product.
The choice affects the roll centre, finished shape and the level of protection required during packing and transport. Buyers should review the core option together with roll dimensions, pack format and the way the product will be displayed or dispensed.

Can you match the roll size and packaging of our existing toilet paper SKU?
We can use your current finished roll, specification and packaging as references. Roll dimensions, ply, sheet count, core type, appearance and pack structure can be compared with our production range. Any differences should be reviewed through finished-roll samples before approval.
Can the same bamboo toilet paper roll be supplied in different pack counts?
Yes. One approved roll specification can be used with different retail pack counts or export-carton configurations. Pack dimensions, carton quantities and loading requirements are confirmed for each arrangement.
Does custom-printed packaging have its own MOQ?
Please share your packaging format, artwork and estimated order quantity so the applicable minimum quantity can be confirmed for your project before quotation.
Can we purchase unwrapped bamboo toilet paper rolls and package them ourselves?
Yes. Unwrapped finished rolls can be supplied in bulk export cartons. If your team will complete retail wrapping or boxing, the roll specification, carton quantity and packing requirements can be reviewed together before quotation.
Can you adjust the roll structure to reduce carton volume?
Coreless rolls and different finished-roll dimensions can be reviewed when carton volume matters. Actual packing volume depends on the selected sheet count, winding structure, roll dimensions and packaging. Any loading benefit is calculated against the final approved configuration.
Does 100% bamboo pulp mean the core and packaging are also made from bamboo?
No. The 100% bamboo pulp specification refers to the toilet tissue itself, made without wood-pulp blends or recycled paper fiber. The core and wrapper are separate components. Bamboo paper cores and coreless rolls are available; packaging materials depend on the selected format.
Can you print our logo or pattern directly on the bamboo toilet paper?
Please share your logo or pattern and where you would like it applied so the available options can be confirmed for your project. Direct printing on the tissue, custom embossing and printed outer packaging are different processes.
Will switching to coreless rolls affect our existing packaging?
It may. A coreless structure can change roll shape, pack fit and the protection needed during transport. Existing packaging should be checked against the finished coreless sample rather than assumed to remain compatible.
Which documents can support claims on our bamboo toilet paper packaging?
Available documentation includes a bamboo pulp composition report and product reports covering PFAS, BPA, formaldehyde and eight heavy metals, along with applicable FSC documents. Any proposed packaging claim should be checked against the exact document scope and destination-market requirements before use.
